Contact-form enquiries are stored in a SQLite database on our server and are accessible only to authorised personnel.

If you accept analytics, data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Because Pharma Nexus is based in India, enquiry data may be accessed from India; appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are applied where required.
